1 – Evidence for God’s existence. The burden of proof is on the theist.
2 – Problem of Evil. Is free will the best defence we’ve got? Is there really a greater purpose to suffering?
3 – Calvinists are crazy. Like seriously crazy in some cases
4 – The people who are meant to represent God get it so wrong, so often and so regularly for so much of history
5 – My particular community’s expression of faith is at odds with the wider church.
6 – Some of what is sin just seems to not pose problems outside of moral constructs
7 – People are capable of great love and sacrifice. It’s not limited to the church or those of faith.
8 – Pascal’s Wager isn’t really that convincing any more
9 – Throughout history there have been many gods that people don’t believe in any more.
10 – Are the historical standards for authenticity that the Bible may satisfy sufficient for a supernatural creator?
11 – Doctrinal debates and division. Some of them impact pretty substantially on Christian belief. Someone’s got to be wrong and got to be right.

I agree with Lynn in that a lot of your doubts seem to be about people, rather than about God. Do you know what you think about God, regardless of what denominations, churches and people say about him?

Disclaimer: I will never condone the horrible things that people often do to one another. I myself have suffered greatly on the receiving end of some of those horrible things. My stance tends to be this: who can understand the depths of human weakness? Kind of connects with all those classic works of literature. Okay, digression there. In short, people often do awful things and nothing can make that right or okay.
On the other hand, the worst thing I ever experienced turned out to be the one thing that led me into a greater understanding of life itself. In the end my response to that event gave me more compassion for others and helped me see where I have dysfunction in my own life and led me to establish healthy boundaries in dealing with other people. In a weird sort of way, I feel grateful that I have suffered.
